These are USPCC Bicycle decks that were issued for sale overseas. All of the decks described and pictured below were sold in the United Kingdom, except the last expanded tuck case which is from Canada.

The UK decks usually came in red cardboard sleeve boxes (as opposed to the paper tuck boxes for the U.S. and Canadian versions). Some U.K. sleeve boxes included a standard Bicycle tuck box within, and all decks would have been wrapped in a British tax wrapper to indicate that the tax revenue was paid. Some UK decks were  available with gold edges, which is indicated below by “808x.”

Three of these designs were apparently sold exclusively in Britian and France: the beautiful and rare two color Saddle, Handlebar and Chain backs, all marked with an asterisk below.
