Euchre is a plain-trick game for four players in fixed partnerships, partners sitting opposite. Just five cards are dealt to each player and the object is to win at least three of the five tricks – with an extra bonus for winning all five. A pack of 25 cards is used consisting of Ace, King, Queen, Jack, 10, 9 in each of the four suits: hearts, diamonds, clubs and spades, plus a Joker.
